How does the library work?Students may check out a maximum of 2 books, one must be based on their AR level, the other is a free read. Students may check out only one book pers series at a time unless they have a fine or overdue books. Books are checked out for a period of 10 school days and must be returned when your class returns to the library.

When is the library open?Monday: 7:30 AM- 2:11 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM- 3:30 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM- 3:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM- 2:11 PM During the school day, students will come during their library class time otherwise they must have a pass from their teacher to visit the library.

Does the library have fines?All students are given a five day grace period from the due date to return books. Students will then be charged 10¢ per day for books to a maximum of $5.00 per book. Damaged books will be assessed a fine based on the extent of the damage. Students who return books that are damaged beyond repair will be responsible for the replacement cost of the book. Students who lose books are responsible for the replacement cost of the book. All library materials must be returned before the last day of school or the material will be marked as lost and the student will be charged for the material. All Fines and charges remain on the students records until resolved.

How can I pay fines?Cash is always welcome, but fines can be paid with our 24/7 Food Drive. Student may pay for late fines with a non-perishable food item.
